Nadiyno.org, established in 2022, is a Digital Security Helpline created in response to the escalating digital security threats faced by the Ukrainian population amidst Russian aggression against Ukraine.
Nadiyno.org offers operator consultations seven days a week, free to the public. Users can submit their requests through chat, an online form, email, or one of the popular messaging apps. The helpline is dedicated to:
- Enhancing users’ digital security to safeguard against online threats.
- Promoting digital literacy among citizens.
- Offering guidance on protecting personal data and devices, with support from hotline operators and digital security specialists.
