eQuality is proud to release a new tool to help NGOs record and analyse cases of human rights violations. It is the second iteration of an online database originally developed in 2006. Features an improved graphical interface and case management features, geo-mapping of violations and the ability to withdraw statistics and graphical analysis of collected data. Secure connections to the server and user access policies allow Debaser to be run as the primary database for cases or as a secure backup.
