This is a content management system developed for organisations who collect and collate information on cases of human rights violations. Its simple structure is easy to manage and offers security in document exchange, storage and access.

Description: Case management functions allow investigators to collect and organisation information on cases. Additional system features include mangement of attached documents, finance module and a search function that penetrates all aspects of data by a given criteria.

Application: Debaser has been used by organisations collecting evidence of human rights violations for the European Court of Human Rights
